REFUNDS
Monthly subscription renewals may be refunded within 7 days of the renewal charge. Annual subscription renewals may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
These refund windows also apply to initial subscription payments: 7 days from the initial charge for monthly subscriptions and 14 days from the initial charge for annual subscriptions.
Approved refunds cover the full subscription charge and are not prorated.
Only one refund is permitted per account.
No refunds are issued outside the 7-day refund window for monthly subscriptions or the 14-day refund window for annual subscriptions.
